Senior Advisor Volunteer Attraction

In this role, I combined strategic marketing with hands-on design expertise to support volunteer brigades across New Zealand. I led the creation of engaging visual campaigns and branded materials that elevated the visibility of volunteering and inspired community participation.

Key achievements: 

• Designed and implemented a nationally-led, regionally-delivered volunteer attraction model, supported by a suite of branded resources.

• Designed and directed of a national surge campaign, leading a team of five to support 52 brigades with tailored marketing and design support.

• Personally visited over 50 brigades to capture photography and direct video content, ensuring authentic and visually compelling storytelling for social media and advertising.

• Created a range of branded toolkits and templates that empowered brigades to run their own local campaigns while maintaining visual consistency.

• Provided a 300% increase in brigade support in 2022 through the delivery of targeted, design-led engagement strategies.
